Your company is eligible to update to any newer release within the same major release version originally purchased with an active support and updates subscription. For example if 7.x license was originally purchased then any 7.x release can be installed if your subscription is active, however an 8.x release will require a (discounted) purchase to upgrade to 8.x. Contact us to purchase additional licenses for an older version AyaNova database. Include details about your existing AyaNova (i.e. the text from Help -> About AyaNova) as well as what you will be purchasing. A replacement Activation Key will be emailed when your payment is processed. Purchases of older version licenses does not include email support nor updates nor upgrades.
Software subscription licenses purchased are considered opened at the time of purchase and are not refundable.
