Why am I getting this message about subscriptions?

AyaNova has changed to a subscription model for support and updates as of May 2016.

What does an up-to-date subscription provide?

A up to date resource subscription license is required for eligibility to:

  • receive email support for the latest version of the AyaNova desktop program.
  • update an existing database so can use the latest version of AyaNova desktop program.
  • upgrade an existing database to the latest version of the AyaNova desktop program.

A up to date optional add-on subscription license is required for eligibility to:

  • receive email support for the latest version of that optional add-on.
  • use the latest version of that optional add-on that is compatible with your database.

How do I know when a subscription needs to be renewed?

Your AyaNova desktop program will display a pop-up notice up to 10 days prior to your subscription expiring.

And ShareIt would have emailed your registered email address a reminder notice up to 10 days prior that your original payment method will be automatically charged for a renewal subscription if you needed to make changes to your payment method, or registered email account, or to cancel your subscription renewal.

And your resource subscription expiry date and your optional add-on(s) subscription expiry date are also shown with your licenses (via your Help -> License and via Help -> About AyaNova via your AyaNova desktop program.

What if I need to change my payment method?

You certainly can! Edit your payment method by logging into your ShareIT (our payment processor) account where your orders to date are available.

What if I need to change my registered email address?

What if I no longer use that optional add-on?

If you no longer use the optional add-on, cancel your subscription for that optional add-on before the renewal date. ShareIt recommends to do so at minimum a few business days before.

What happens if I let the subscription(s) expire?

Your AyaNova database will still be licensed for your scheduleable resources, and you can still continue to use as is. But you will not be able to receive email support nor update with an expired subscription.

Your AyaNova database will still be licensed for your optional add-ons, and you can still continue to use as is. But you will not be able to receive email support nor update with an expired subscription.

If at a later date, you wish to receive support or use the latest version, you will need to purchase a new subscription license at the regular subscription price.

A company is only eligible for renewal subscription licensing pricing if purchased before the subscription expires.
