1. Go to our online purchase page, selecting Add To Cart for the product licenses you need.
2. Taxes will be added if applicable for your address and/or if your VAT is provided or not.
3. Enter where indicated in your company name, contact person's name, email address (to receive the Activation Key for the licenses purchased) and address.
4. Select payment of CHECK (or WIRE TRANSFER if available for your country and currency)
5. In the available text field where enter ADD-ON or NEW, also enter your PO#
6. Complete your online order
7. The email address you provided will receive from ShareIT a confirmation email that will include details on how/where to send payment depending whether selected CHECK or WIRE TRANSFER for payment.
8. Make payment.
   • Make sure to identify your ShareIT order # on your actual check (or on your actual wire transfer). Failure to do so will result in either a delay in processing or the payment not being processed.
   • Your ShareIT $ total does NOT include bank wire transfer fees. These must be paid for separately by you.
9. When payment is processed, the email address you provided will be sent your Activation Key for the licenses purchased with instructions to apply to your AyaNova database.
10. ShareIt will email you a subscription renewal notification prior to your subscription expiry date. The subscription renewal license price is only available if purchased prior to the license subscription expiry date.

1. Create fax of PO that includes ALL of the following:
   • Company name that the license(s) is to be registered to
   • Company address, phone number and fax number
   • Contact person (first and last name)
   • Email address
     • This email address will be used to send you your Activation Key for the licenses purchased. This will also be the email address sent the order confirmation. This will also be the email address we will use to notify you about updates etc. so it should be the address for the person responsible for AyaNova, not the accounting department
   • Signature of contact person
   • Your PO#
   • Vendor info
     • See further below for specific vendor info to use depending on your company's physical location..
   • Product subscription # and quantity
     • See further below for specific product #s to use.
   • License prices and total identified in US currency only.
     • When ordering by fax, prices and payment can only be in US currency due to fluctuating exchange rate. Whereas if you order online as per above, you can select your actual currency and obtain the actual currency exchange at time of your online order.
