HeadOffices are used to group clients together for viewing and reporting purposes only.
HeadOffices can not be selected for service workorders, quotes, or as owning units.
The HeadOffice entry screen is where the information on a HeadOffice is entered such as contact information, attached documents and contract information. Entry is made once so that the HeadOffice can be selected without having to re-enter the information again. Selecting the HeadOffice allows reporting based on it to be performed.
