| 1. | No other users can be accessing AyaNova |
| 2. | Double-click on the ImportPartCSV.exe file to open the program |
| 3. | Enter an AyaNova Administrator username and password |
| i. | (default is “manager” with password “letmein” if you have not yet changed it as recommended) |
| 4. | Select the menu option Export Data |
| 5. | All parts in the AyaNova v3 database will process into a csv file |
| 6. | A file called Parts.csv will be placed in the same location where the program file is located. |
| 7. | If you open this file using NotePad, you will also see the format |
| 8. | If viewing via NotePad, you will note that each field is quoted (surrounded by quotation marks), as well as divided by a comma. |
| 9. | You will also note when viewing by that there is always 15 fields, even if a field is empty. |
Now you can further “massage” the data to import into another program if needed
