We invite you to refer to the AyaNova v3 Manual for complete details on all features, tutorials, installation and configuration, and reference information.
The English locale is not directly customizable.
You must create a copy of the English locale, and than may edit that custom locale.
| 1. | Select the menu option New… from the Localized Text Designer menu toolbar |

| 2. | Select the source to copy from, and the new locale’s name |
| a. | Select the source locale (if not already defaulted to) |
| b. | Enter in a descriptive name for the custom locale – as you will be selecting it for each user within AyaNova. |
| i. | The name field is restricted to no more than 15 characters. |
| ii. | In our example, we entered the company’s sample name |
| iii. | |
| 3. | Be patient while it copies all master localized text to this new locale name |
| 4. | Your custom Locale now displays. |
| 5. | A suggestion on use is as you know what the existing AyaNova text is for a label, is to perform a search for it, and replace it with the new text locale you wish. |
| a. | For example, if we wanted to replace throughout AyaNova all instances of the text label Client with the text Customer even when it is part of another label (for example “Client reference #”), perform the following: |
| b. | Select the menu option Find and Replace |
| c. | |
| d. | Enter in the text Client in the Find field |
| e. | Enter in the text Customer in the Replace field |
| g. | |
| h. | If you than scroll down through the grid, the fields that were replaced will be highlights |
| i. | |
| j. | You can of course just use the Find option, so that you can manually edit each individually. |
