An AyaNova license is needed only for each schedulable
user. Users entering data or viewing data do not require a license.
There is no practical limit to the amount of data entered into AyaNova - no
practical
limit on the number of clients, client units, service workorders,
quotes, rates, workorder status, categories or any other feature of

And unlike other software, we do not charge an
"enhancement plan" or support fees - if you have a question

Internal custom reporting
Subscribe to Notifications
|
AyaNova users can subscribe to be notified of events via external
email, via external SMS text paging, via internal AyaNova popup or
via internal AyaNova memo.
You can specify time frame and days of the week when acceptable to
be notified - useful for employees that share "on-call" duties
Prevents the "No one told me"
Examples of events a schedulable user may subscribe to being
notified about:
 | a new workorder item has been created where that schedulable user
has been scheduled. |
 | a part requested to be ordered from within a workorder has been
received into inventory |
 | a client places a service request |
 | a workorder item where that schedulable user is scheduled has been
edited. |
 | a workorder has become "stale" (has not been closed by a set time
frame after the scheduled date) |
 | and more |
Clients can be notified via email when a service
request has been accepted, new service workorder
created, when status of a workorder has changed, when a
workorder has been completed (and received an attachment
of the AyaNova workorder desired) and/or a follow up
email after work has been completed to check in with
them. |
