In addition to the many existing features of QBI, here are the newest features now available with QBI 5
| • | As QBI now uses the latest QBFC7 provided by Intuit to take advantage of providing new feartures, QBI 5 is no longer compatible with older versions of QuickBooks as QBFC7 requires the later versions. |
| • | The QBI plug-in is now accessible from within the AyaNova program - QBI no longer is run without AyaNova itself also running. |
| • | This is an added benefit for stand-alone AyaNova users, as can still work within AyaNova with QBI open at the same time |
| • | Refresh the connection to QuickBooks without having to exit out of QBI itself |
| • | Refresh the list of workorders ready for invoicing without having to exit out of QBI itself |
| • | Able to now update a linked parts information - either updating the edited AyaNova part to the linked QuickBooks part; or update the edited QuickBooks part to the linked AyaNova part |
| • | Able to now update a linked clients information - either updating the edited AyaNova client to the linked QuickBooks client; or update the edited QuickBooks client to the linked AyaNova client |
| • | Now able to export AyaNova clients or parts via the respective AyaNova grid or entry screen into QuickBooks |
| • | When do a Refresh (update) of an AyaNova client or part or a Refresh(update) of a QuickBooks client or part, QBI will automatically refresh the connection itself to QuickBooks itself to ensure you are getting the latest information |
