Update AyaNova part prices with QuickBooks
| • | Save time and prevent confusion by using the one button update feature to synchronized your QuickBooks price and cost for items with your AyaNova part price and cost |
Set Terms via Preferences
| • | Save time and ensure terms applied to your billed customers are correct by using the Preferences Set Terms feature so that when importing AyaNova clients into QuickBooks, the new imported QuickBooks client uses that set Terms so you do not have to edit the QuickBooks client after importing. |
Import AyaNova parts into QuickBooks via QBI
| • | No need for manual re-entry into QuickBooks if you already had set up parts in AyaNova as you can now easily import AyaNova parts into QuickBooks using QBI |
| • | And QBI provides the ability to select your QuickBooks COGS Account, Income Account and Asset Account so that each part is applied to the right accounts |
Import AyaNova service and travel rates into QuickBooks via QBI
| • | No need for manual re-entry into QuickBooks if you already had set up rates in AyaNova as you can now easily import AyaNova rates into QuickBooks using QBI |
