AyaNova has changed to a subscription model for support and updates as of May 2016.
Companies that have purchased licenses prior to this date will be contacted with specific details on how to transition to subscription.
Purchase via phone
Have the following information ready before phoning:
Credit card number
Copy of your credit card statement so that you can provide the exact address information and card holder name
Company name that the license(s) is to be registered to
Company address, phone number and fax number
Contact person (first and last name)
This email address will be used to send you your Activation Key for the licenses purchased. This will also be the email address sent the order confirmation. This will also be the email address we will use to notify you about updates etc. so it should be the address for the person responsible for AyaNova, not the accounting department.
Provide the information as directed by the ShareIT customer service personel.
The email address you provided will receive from ShareIT a confirmation email that will include details on how/where to send payment depending whether you identified CHECK or WIRE TRANSFER for payment.
When payment is processed, the email address you provided will be sent your Activation Key for the licenses purchased with instructions to apply to your AyaNova database.
ShareIt will email you a subscription renewal notification prior to your subscription expiry date. The subscription renewal license price is only available if purchased prior to the license subscription expiry date.
