Unlike other service
management software, there are no
ongoing support fees and no monthly fees.
You only
purchase licenses for the number of users that you wish to schedule and track.

At our discretion, we may provide custom reports and remote

If you have emailed us
instead of using the AyaNova Support Forum, but have not received a reply,
what is occurring is that either your email program or your ISP
(Internet Service Provider) is using a spam filter that is
filtering out all email from us, or certain email depending on
the content.
You need to edit your email program and
contact your ISP to allow all email from support@ayanova.com
Once you have done this, either forward your previous
email, or send a new email stating that you did not receive a
reply due possibly to a spam filter, and we will resend the
information.
We are not made aware by your spam filter
that the email has not been received by you. The only way is if
you confirm the receipt, or contact us again. We encourage you
to use the AyaNova
Support Forum to post any questions you may have
Upgrade Policy
If purchased after October 15 2007:
Pricing to upgrade from your AyaNova 3 licenses to AyaNova 4
if you purchased your AyaNova 3 licenses after October 15
2007 is at no charge until July 15 2008. After July 15
2008, you can upgrade your existing AyaNova 3 licenses at 50%
discount of the equivalent number of AyaNova 4 licenses price
until Dec 31 2008.
To receive your no charge AyaNova 4 activation keycode to unlock
AyaNova 4, provide the

Organizations
We
make every effort to keep our price per license as low as possible so that
AyaNova can be affordable to organizations and business of all sizes. Our
unique licensing program means that AyaNova is just as affordable for a small
business as a larger organization.
If your
organization is a registered charitable organization we may be able to provide
discounted pricing at our discretion. Official government proof of
charitable status is required in all cases without exception.

include schools, other education facilities, nor other
