Unlike other service
management software, there are no
ongoing support fees and no monthly fees.
You only
purchase licenses for the number of users that you wish to schedule and track.

is free for both registered users and those that are evaluating AyaNova.
At our discretion, we may provide custom reports and remote
access support. Please contact us with details on what you would
like, and we would be happy to provide you with a quote.

If you have emailed us
instead of using the AyaNova Support Forum, but have not received a reply,
what is occurring is that either your email program or your ISP
(Internet Service Provider) is using a spam filter that is
filtering out all email from us, or certain email depending on
the content.
You need to edit your email program and
contact your ISP to allow all email from support@ayanova.com
Once you have done this, either forward your previous
email, or send a new email stating that you did not receive a
reply due possibly to a spam filter, and we will resend the
information.
We are not made aware by your spam filter
that the email has not been received by you. The only way is if
you confirm the receipt, or contact us again. We encourage you
to use the AyaNova
Support Forum to post any questions you may have

Users that purchased full AyaNova 4.x licenses at their regular
price 60 days prior to release date of
the new major
AyaNova version 5 will receive new licenses for the new version at
no extra charge providing they contact us within six months of
the new version released. We always email licensed users as a
reminder when there is a new release.
Note: Only purchase of full licenses are eligible to be updated
to AyaNova 5.x at no charge. Purchase of AyaNova 4.x Upgrade
from 3.x licenses within the 60 makes you eligible for 50%
discount to upgrade those to AyaNova 5.x

the new major AyaNova version 5 can upgrade to the new version at a special

(four) AyaNova v5 Upgrade licenses at the special discounted price
of $99.50 each and WBI v5 Upgrade license at the special discounted price of
$199.50 for a total of $597.50
Another example:
In May 2007 you purchased two AyaNova 3.x licenses. In
January 21 2009 you finally upgraded to AyaNova 4.x by
purchasing two AyaNova 4.x Upgrade from 3.x user licenses at
their 50% discount. You are eligible to purchase two AyaNova
5.x Upgrade from 4.x user licenses at their 50% discount
price now.
Another example:
You purchased
5 (three) AyaNova v4 licenses
April 2008, and
purchased 2 additional licenses March 1 2009 for a total of
7
(seven) licenses. Purchase (5) AyaNova v5
Upgrade licenses in your order at the special discounted price of $94.50 each
and you will receive an Activation Key for a total of 7
schedulable user licenses
Another example:
You originally had purchased 4 (four) AyaNova CE 1.9
licenses back in Jun 2003. Purchase 4 (four) AyaNova 5.x licenses at their regular
affordable license price of $199.00 each to take advantage
of AyaNova 5 features and import your AyaNova CE data into

Organizations
We
make every effort to keep our price per license as low as possible so that
AyaNova can be affordable to organizations and business of all sizes. Our
unique licensing program means that AyaNova is just as affordable for a small
business as a larger organization.
If your
organization is a registered charitable organization we may be able to provide
discounted pricing at our discretion. Official government proof of
charitable status is required in all cases without exception.

include schools, other education facilities, nor other
