This tutorial will go through creating a Schedulable User Group of all schedulable users that can provide a particular service based on their skill.
This is useful if you wish to display the schedules of multiple schedulable users that are capable of providing the service needed (either by their area, their expertise, etc) to determine who should be assigned to provide service.
| 1. | View the Schedule screen |
| 2. | Have (All) selected as the Schedulable User Group, and than select the Edit Schedulable User Groups menu option |

| 3. | This will open the Schedulable User Group creation screen. |

| 4. | Note that the Schedulable Group description and grid of users in the group are empty denoting that this is a new empty record, and that the name has defaulted to today’s date and time, which can of course be edited to what denotes this group for you |
| 6. | Select the Region to display all schedulable users for this region. |

| 7. | Now we will select the specific skill to further narrow down the list of schedulable users. |
| 8. | Select to checkmark the skill Cleaning – Printers |

| 9. | As all schedulable users with this assigned skill are displayed, we will now assign those to our list |
| 10. | Select the to the right of each name to transfer into the list |

| 11. | Let’s edit the name of this list so identifiable for drop down selection |

| 12. | Select the menu option Save & Exit to return to the Schedule screen |

| 13. | Drop down the schedulable user list selection and select this group we just made |

| 14. | You will note that the users we added to this group are the only users displaying, plus the "unassigned" column so that you can easily see what workorder items still need to be assigned, and can drag from the unassigned to one of the schedulable users. |

We could also create Schedulable User Groups based on the dispatch zone they service, or the certifications they have, or other criteria or even a combination of all.
When a client requests service, you could bring up the Schedulable User Group of those users that have the needed skills, or the needed certifications or that service that area.
And to edit an existing do the following
| 1. | Select the actual Schedulable User Group and than select the Edit Schedulable User Group icon on the toolbar |
| 2. | In the screenshot below we have selected the “Herb and Hank” group. |

| 3. | This opens that Schedulable User Group edit screen |

| 5. | Select the Save & Close icon on the toolbar to save any changes. |
