"We began using AyaNova in 2004 to replace our
paper work orders and manual invoice creation in QuickBooks. AyaNova
has saved our company many hours invoicing and has permitted us to
add new consultants as we grew - our manual process would not scale
at all.
We outgrew the capabilities of AyaNova CE and needed something
better, so I spent many hours researching, testing, reviewing, and
demonstrating the latest version AyaNova and other software programs. I thought that
if it costs more, it must be better....WRONG!! A 6 user license of
another COMPARABLE software program with QuickBooks and Web
integration would cost us over $10,000 PLUS annual maintenance of
around $2000! That was insane!! It took me well over 100 hours
during 18 months of research to determine that the best choice for
us was to purchase AyaNova version 3.
The upgrade instructions are well written and easy to follow.
However, I did not follow their instructions when I set up AyaNova
CE in 2004, so the manual modifications I did to AyaNova CE database
caused some problems in the upgrade process to version 3. Joyce and
her team worked after hours to correct this so we can be up and
running before the next business day!! That level of service with
the other programs I was considering would have cost us $150 per
hour during business hours....Joyce and her team worked after hours
to fix a problem I had caused and the support was INCLUDED with the
software purchase. AyaNova Tech Support has provided a tremendous
value and service to our company.
In summary, I spent many hours testing expensive service management
software programs only to find out the best choice for us was right
under our nose - AyaNova version 3. It would have taken about 6
weeks to get another program running the way we need it. I got
AyaNova running in a few hours! It was a great choice for us!!"
