Schedule Screen

Top  Previous  Next

This section identifies the menu options, calendar layout, schedule markers and workorder items from the Schedule screen via WBI

Menu options:

Schedulable User selection:

Schedule13

Schedule1

If the user logged in is not of type Schedulable User, the Schedule screen will default to selection of Unassigned.

Otherwise if the user logged in is a Schedulable User, the WBI Schedule screen will by default have the username selected

This is a useful feature - when a schedulable user is on the road, logs in via WBI and checks the Schedule screen, it will default to showing their schedule as soon as they select Schedule.

Drop down and select to view schedules for other schedulable users.

Schedule2

The Schedule screen does not have the ability to display a schedule for more then one schedulable user at a time.

New Schedule Marker:

Just like the AyaNova program, use this menu option to create a new schedule marker.

Schedule3

A new schedule marker will default to the date selected on the calendar.

A new schedule marker will always default to a start time of 12:00PM and a stop time of 12:30PM, regardless of any time pre-selected on the day view.

New Workorder Item:

Just like the AyaNova program, use this menu option to create a new workorder item in a new workorder

Schedule4

The client selection screen will first appear. Once the client is selected and accepted, a new workorder will be created.

A Scheduled User record in a new workorder item in a new workorder will be created for the schedulable user presently selected.

The date of the Scheduled User record will default to the date selected on the calendar

The Scheduled User start time will always default to 12:00PM and a stop time of 12:30PM, regardless of any time attempted to be pre-selected on the day view. If you require the start and stop time to be different that 12:00PM, you would edit the Scheduled User record in the workorder.

Refresh:

To view new entries (new or edited service workorder items and/or schedule markers) you must select the Refresh menu option.

Schedule5

As the Schedule shows for one user only, Merged and Separate for Month View and 7 Day View are not menu options.

As a month view and a day view for the selected Schedulable User always displays, menu options to select 1 Day View, 5 Day View, 7 Day View and Month View are not menu options.

Schedule display is standard regardless of the skin selected - other then the menu at the very top.

Calendar layout:

The Schedule screen displays three viewpoints, the small calendar at the upper left hand top for date selection; the month view in main view to the right to view your schedule for the month, and the day view of the day selected on either the main month calendar or the small calendar where you can see more details on the specific selected day.

Schedule7

Small calendar:

Schedule6

Dates that are in bold font means that there are workorder items and/or schedule markers for this schedulable user on that date.

Screenshot above shows the July 18, 20 and 27 in bold font - that means this user Herb Arlens has assigned workorder items and/or schedule markers on those dates.

Date highlighted is the date presently selected that will show on the Day view calendar directly below it.

Use this small calendar to easily select different months and years to view, and to select the date for the Day View

Month view calendar:

Date highlighted by a blue bar at the top of the day is the day presently displaying in the Day view calendar, and that selected in the small calendar.

Day view calendar:

Date displaying is that selected in the small calendar and the month view.

Schedule Markers:

A schedule marker displays with a dashed border, the color of the dashes are those selected within the Schedule Marker entry screen
