Field service remote access and client web browser access

WBI is a Web Browser Interface designed to meet the needs of your field service staff that are on the road or in another office providing them with live remote access to your AyaNova data using any regular web browser and Internet access.

No installation is needed on the part of your field staff, they just enter your WBI URL address and log in.

Via WBI, your clients can also request service and view their service workorders using the same WBI interface

Watch the video overview of WBI (web browser interface) for the remote user.

Remote users do not need to install anything - just connect to the Internet using any standard web browser and enter in the URL of the remote access web server to bring up the login web page.

Easily check your schedule while away from the main office.

Create new and edit existing service workorders, quotes, clients, units, schedule markers and more.

All reports available in the full AyaNova program are also available via WBI - using WBI your field service staff can provide a service report while at the client's site for signatures and acceptance.

WBI is secure - remote users can only access data if they log in with a valid username and password.

Access for your clients to request service and view information

Clients can request service via WBI remote access

The client does not need to install anything on their Internet device - just connect to the Internet using any standard web browser and enter in the URL of the remote access web server to bring up the login web page

The client can request service - including selecting the specific unit (client equipment) that requires service. And you can easily generate a service workorder from that request too!

Your client stays in the loop knowing what the status of their service request is, and can view details of their work orders

A Head Office can log in and view service requests for all of its clients, as well as request service for individual client, without having to log in as each client

How does WBI work?

AyaNova network configuration including WBI

The WBI web application is installed on a computer running IIS (Microsoft Internet Information Server) 5 or higher within your local area network.

IIS 5 or higher is used as a "bridge" to provide pre-formatted web pages to the remote user's web browser transferring data called from the AyaNova database to display on the users web page, and receiving data entered by the user via their web page.

The remote user just needs a web browser, an Internet connection, the URL of the WBI login (your external IP address and port number for the remote access web server), and an AyaNova remote username and password.

If the remote user is a client, when they log in WBI will display client related web pages such as request service, or view that client's service workorders.

If the remote user is an AyaNova user, when they log WBI will display user related web pages that the AyaNova administrator has given the remote user access to - such as Scheduled List grid and ability to create and update service workorders and much more.
