Editing Existing Service Requests

If a service request has not yet been accepted, you can edit it further - for example, you may want to add additional details on the service you need.

 

Or if a service request has been declined, you can delete it or add additional information.

 

 

Below is an example of how to editing existing service requests you have made using AyaNova WBI:

 

 

1. Open the existing service request, click on the text under the column Client Service Request

2. This will open the service request so that you can view all of it, including text entered in Details.

 

3. Whether the service request is still open, has been accepted or has been declined will say near the top

 

a. If the service request is still open (has not been accepted or declined), it will say so near the top as Status: Open, and all your menu options will still be available (Delete, Exit, Save, Save & Exit)

b. If the service request has been declined, it will say so near the top as Status: Declined, and you can delete this service request, or edit as needed.

c. If  the service request has been accepted as shown by Status: Accepted, you can not edit any of the fields, and your only menu option is to Exit
