Below is listed the requirements for the remote user connecting via WBI to the AyaNova database.
1. Internet connection:
The faster the Internet connection the faster the response of data displaying on your web browser.
2. Compatible web browsers:
The above browsers have all been tested with WBI 5
You can certainly use WBI with other browsers. If you encounter an issue, do let us know step by step to recreate the issue as well as the specific version of the browser so that we can advise all users, as well as look into why the issue is occurring.
Due to the screen size of WBI, it is not expected that WBI would be used with mobile devices. Refer to the optional add-on MBI for your schedulable users with mobile devices to use on the road.
3. URL to access the WBI login page:
The AyaNova Administrator will need to provide this to the remote user.
4. Login username and password:
Whether the remote user is an AyaNova user or an AyaNova client, the AyaNova Administrator will need to set up the user/client via User entry screen before they are able to use WBI.
5. If using a trial AyaNova database, login using one of the many sample AyaNova users (not possible to log in using the AyaNova Administrator account as it is using the known username and password)
