If unable to bring up the login page

If you can not access the WBI login page via a web browser, please refer back to the Prior Requirements, Installation, and Configuration steps to recheck your installation and configuration steps.

 

If you continue to experience an issue, check the AyaNova Support Forum WBI v4 section for WBI topics that may help determine the issue you are experiencing.

 

If you continue to experience an issue, you must provide the following information:

 

As per the WBI topics on the AyaNova Support Forum, have you run the .NET repair?
As per the WBI topics on the AyaNova Support Forum, have you run a repair on the links between .NET and IIS?
As per the WBI topics on the AyaNova Support Forum, have you confirmed that the ASP.NET 2 or higher is set to Allow via the Web Server Extensions?
at what exact point of the installation and configuration steps do you experience an issue and what is that issue
zip up and send the three files from the IIS computer into one WinZip file - a copy of the config.txt file from the WBI bin folder,  the ayalog.txt from the AyaNova directory
the port number of the IIS on this computer, and what version of .NET is selected as identified in step #2
the internal IP address of this computer as per step 3
your router's static IP address and did you configure forwarding on it, and what port and ip did you set forwarding to as per step 4
as per step 1, does the AyaNova program itself run successfully?
as per step 2, does entering the URL using localhost on the web browser on the IIS server itself result in bringing up the WBI login page and what is the exact URL you are entering?
as per step 2, does  entering the URL using the internal IP on the web browser on the IIS server itself result in bringing up the WBI login page and what is the exact URL you are entering?
as per step 3 do you get the WBI login page when using the internal ip address in the WBI URL of the IIS server on a local networked computer's web browser bring up the WBI login screen and what is this URL that you enter?
as per step 4, what is the URL you enter in a remote computer's web browser?
