Below is listed the requirements for the remote user connecting via WBI to the AyaNova database.
1. Internet connection:
The faster the Internet connection the faster the response of data displaying on your web browser.
2. Compatible web browsers:
The above browsers have all been tested and confirmed to work with WBI, other browsers may work, however the browsers listed above are the only supported browsers.
**If you are using FireFox 2 be aware that there is a known issue with FireFox 2 - popup's may not display correctly. that will affect pop up displays in the Schedule. There is an add-on that will fix this problem with FireFox: To address this issue:
3. URL to access the WBI login page:
The AyaNova Administrator will need to provide this to the remote user.
4. Login username and password:
Whether the remote user is an AyaNova user or an AyaNova client, the AyaNova Administrator will need to set up the user/client via User entry screen before they are able to use WBI.
5. If using a trial AyaNova database, login using one of the many sample AyaNova users (not possible to log in using the AyaNova Administrator account as it is using the known username and password)
