Requirements prior to installation and use

Computer and Operating System requirements:

The same computer and operating system requirements as latest released version AyaNova v3
Windows 2003, XP, or  2000 with latest Windows Updates applied
Windows 2003, XP or  2000 must be logged in as Administrator or Administrator level security rights to ensure proper installation

 

Software requirements:

1.The latest version of AyaNova operational on the local hard drive of the computer where AyaNova QBI is to be installed and confirmed connection to the AyaNova networked database.
·Refer to the AyaNova website http://www.ayanova.com/download.htm if you need to update AyaNova before proceeding
·Licensed for at minimum one AyaNova v3 schedulable user
·Licensed for QBI v3

 

2.One of the following compatible versions of QuickBooks programs installed to the local hard drive of the computer where AyaNova QBI is to be installed. (can not be running a networked copy of the program files)
·U.S. QuickBooks Pro and Premier Editions 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008
·U.S. QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions  2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008
·Canadian editions QuickBooks Pro 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008
·UK editions of QuickBooks Pro and Accountant Editions 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008
·The latest QuickBooks Updates applied to the compliant version of QuickBooks

 

3.Direct access to your QuickBooks company data file (either located on the computer you are installing AyaNova QBI to, or full network access to  the QuickBooks company data file if on a network)

 

4.The QuickBooks QBFC 5.0 component successfully installed
·Confirm if already installed by selecting Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> scroll down to find QBFC 5.0
·Select Support Information on QBFC 5.0 and confirm the version is 5.0.00203.0 or higher
·If QBFC 5.0 is not installed or is a lower version, download from the link available http://www.ayanova.com/QBIdownload.htm
