About ShareIT

This means that if your company's credit card is issue from another country than where you physically are located, you can not use a credit card payment but instead will need to select either check or bank/wire transfer as your payment type as your credit card will be denied.

Try before you buy
We offer a temporary key so that AyaNova service software can be fully tried out before purchase, as well as any questions answered. This allows all prospective buyers to evaluate the product at their leisure to ensure that the software meets their needs before purchasing and to answer any questions before purchase.
Software licenses purchased is considered opened at the time of purchase and not refundable.
Apply your Activation Key before its Install By date
When your purchase payment is confirmed, you will be sent via email an Activation Key.
This Activation Key will include instructions and the keycode that will activate the AyaNova database for the licenses you have purchased
The Activation Key will have an Install By date which will be midnight seven days from date of purchase - for example, if you purchased October 5th, the Install By date will be midnight October 11th (October 12 12:00AM)
Once a keycode is applied, it does not need to ever be re-applied.
In the event of a need to re-install, you would restore the database from backup which would restore your data as well as the license. Please refer to the AyaNova Help section on backup and restoration.
In a network configuration, all computers access the same licensed database, so there is no need to re-apply the keycode other than initially to license the database. Refer to the AyaNova Help section on network configuration.
The key must be applied before this date. Request for re-issue of a keycode may require an Administration Fee of US$35.00 to cover re-processing fees.
Information if using a "free" email address (such as HotMail etc)
ShareIT, our payment processing partner, can not accept online orders placed with credit and/or debit cards with e-mail addresses from free e-mail providers such as hotmail.com, gmail, eathlink or yahoo.com are not accepted even though some Hotmail and Yahoo are fee-based accounts as ShareIT cannot distinguish between free and fee-based accounts.
Do note that if you phone in your order, ShareIT will accept if using an email address from hotmail, gmail etc.
