different time zones) and to keep the license
costs low while providing superior technical support we conduct all business via
the Internet only.
The
cost savings of running a completely "wired" business from development

we do not have telephone sales or support we can concentrate all our resources
on email and web support, this allows us to provide an average response time of
under 15 minutes (in most cases under 5 minutes) from receipt of
your request 365 days a year between 8:00am and 8:00pm Pacific time zone (-8GMT/UTC).
Note
that this is less time than you might typically spend on hold waiting to speak
to a live tech support person at other software companies.
All our personnel are able to work via the internet for everything from
development to sales and support. For this reason we can attract the highest level of qualified
people who have reached a point in their career where freedom from being
"chained to a desk" all day is a very high personal priority for them.
The
advantage to our clients is a much higher than average level of support and
responsiveness, as well as affordable service management
software.
