Work order management - enter, track, print, schedule and search all service data entered on work orders.

Customer management - enter all contact information on your clients. Clients are linked to work orders.

Equipment database - Track customer owned and rental / loaner equipment. Enter and track copy/meter counts. Display or print a complete work order service history of each item. Equipment is linked to clients in the system.

Dispatch management - AyaNova service management software provides powerful dispatching features including dispatch by service zone, postal code, city etc.

Service rates - unlimited travel and service rates by the hour or flat fee.

Preventative maintenance management - Schedule preventative maintenance for clients, equipment, by model etc.

Dispatch Zones - unlimited dispatch zones tied to customer record for easy management of high volume operations.

Reporting - Reports ranging from service management (bottom line) information to customer phone books and equipment lists. All reports in AyaNova are fully customizable using Crystal Reports version 9 or higher available from your local software retailer.

Report export - All reports in AyaNova service management software can be exported to dozens of different formats include Adobe Acrobat, Rich Text format, HTML etc etc.

Networkable - Compatible with any network supported by Windows. Network installation is designed to be easy in the AyaNova service management software. You won't need an expert. There is no extra cost to network AyaNova you can install it to as many computers as you wish up to a practical limit of about 25 simultaneous users (you can have as many technicians as you want).

Knowledgebase - Powerful search engine for retrieving any service and other information entered on any work order or other screen in the program. Quick and easy.

Internationalized - Accepts and displays all date/time and currency data as specified in your MS-Windows regional locale setting. All reports are also available in ISO A4 format and use a font compatible with both Latinate and non-Latinate based languages.

Customizable reports - you can customize the existing reports or create your own management reports using Crystal Reports version 9 or higher from Seagate Software.

Import / export - Our main database file can be opened directly in Microsoft Access 2000 or higher making import and export of all data easy. Note: our program is not written in, nor does it require Access - AyaNova is a stand alone application.

Remote access - Optional web server add-on that allows remote techs / offices and your clients with nothing more than a standard web browser to view their schedule and enter and edit work orders and for clients to request service directly, view their work order history and status of work orders in progress as well as being able to reprint work orders for their records.. Perfect for branch offices or technicians that are on the road.

QuickBooks Integration - AyaNova QuickBooks Integration (QBI) optional add-on will import clients, service rates and parts from QuickBooks into AyaNova service management software; link QuickBooks to existing clients, service rates and parts in AyaNova; and will allow you to automatically create invoices in QuickBooks from the completed work orders in AyaNova.
