You can print standard workorder reports from the graphical Schedule screen, as well as a graphical view of of the Schedule screen.

Some people prefer a graphical printout rather than a printed list so that they can see at a glance when their time is booked throughout the day.
In this tutorial example, we will go over the basic steps of printing out a graphical day view of the schedule for a single schedulable user.
| • | Do note that this is a very basic overview only, and does not cover every field and its use, nor time saving and useful feature of the workorder entry screen or the Schedule screen. |
| • | It is highly recommended that you review this Help file's entire section on the Schedule Screen and Printing for complete overview , suggestions on use, tips on use and more. |
| • | NOTE: screenshots in any of these How do I...?'s tutorials may not be exactly as in your database as dependant on your data, grid layout, etc |
| 1. | Identify a date on the Schedule screen that has a number of scheduled items for a specific schedulable user. |
| 2. | Select the Print graphical menu option in the Schedule screen. |
| 3. | The Page Setup screen displays |

| 4. | The Style Type: is already set to Daily Style so we can leave it at that |

| 5. | Under Options, we want to pick the specific day we want to print about - so we drop down the Start Date: and select the date - in this screenshot the date we want is February 3 (the date you select of course would be dependant on the date in your database where workorders are scheduled for) |

| 6. | As we want to print out one day, we select the same date in the End Date: |
| 7. | The Page Setup defaults the Print From: as 7:00AM and the Print to: as 6:00PM. You can edit this if you want. In this example, we will leave as is. |
| 8. | Select Print Preview so that you can preview what will print out |

| 9. | The Print Preview shows what will print - note it shows all schedulable users regardless if showing on your Schedule screen or not |

| 10. | Exit out of the Print Preview |
| 11. | Let's say we want to print out a graphical view for only a specific schedulable user - rather than all users so to do this we need to select the Resources tab |

| 12. | Place a check mark in the Print using the custom collection. Note how the list of schedulable users now becomes active for selection. |

| 13. | Select a specific schedulable user - in our example screenshot we selected Hank Rearden |

| 15. | The Print Preview showing just the one schedulable user now displays. Print if desired |

NOTE: It does not matter what you are presently viewing as this graphical Print menu option requires all settings be dictated within its Page Setup.
