Let's say that you want to print out a graphical view of the Schedule screen for today
| 1. | Select the Print menu option in the Schedule screen. |

| 2. | The Page Setup screen displays |

| 3. | The Style Type: is already set to Daily Style so we can leave it at that |

| 4. | Under Options, we want to pick the specific day we want to print about - so we drop down the Start Date: and select the date - in this screenshot the date we want is February 25 which happens to be Today (your date of course would be dependant on your data) or select the actual date |

| 5. | As we want to print out one day, we select the same date in the End Date: |

| 6. | As we want to show the working day hours only from 7:00AM to 5:30PM, we edit the Print from: field to show 8:00AM, and the Print to: field to show as 5:30AM. Note how Duration automatically changes to show the total number of hours that will print out |

| 7. | You may also want to edit Font size for Appointments so that you can actually see the text information for the scheduled workorder items |

| 8. | Select Print Preview so that you can preview what will print out |

| 9. | The Print Preview shows what will print - note it shows all schedulable users |

| 10. | Exit out of the Print Preview |

| 11. | Let's say we want to print out a graphical view for only a specific schedulable user - rather than all users |
| 12. | To do this we need to select the Resources tab |

| 13. | Place a check mark in the Print using the custom collection. Note how the list of schedulable users now becomes active for selection. |

| 14. | Select a specific schedulable user - in our example screenshot we selected Hank Rearden |

| 15. | Select the > to enter this schedulable user to the Resources to print: area |

| 17. | The Print Preview showing just the one schedulable user now displays. Print if desired |

NOTE: It does not matter what you are presently viewing as this graphical Print menu option requires all settings be dictated within its Page Setup.
