ImportUnitCSV must be installed and configured as per those steps before proceeding.
| 1. | No other users can be accessing AyaNova program |
| 2. | From Start -> Programs -> AyaNova -> Utilities -> select the Unit Import Export to open the program |
| 3. | Enter an AyaNova Administrator username and password |
| 4. | (default is “manager” with password “letmein” if you have not yet changed it as recommended) |
| 5. | Select the menu option Export Data |
| 6. | All units in the AyaNova database will begin processing into a csv file |
| 7. | A file called Units.csv will be placed in the same location where the program file is located. |
| 8. | If you edit this file using Notepad, you will also see the format |
| 9. | If viewing via Notepad, you will note that each field is quoted (surrounded by quotation marks), as well as divided by a comma. |
